Bells . . .
Once again church bells rang out in South St. Paul to celebrate our community's special role in Women's Suffrage History. Each participant at the 6th Annual First in the Nation Suffrage Celebration was given their own small bell to join in the church bell ringing at 6:30 pm on August 27th, 2021.
